The aim of this website is two-fold. Firstly I wanted to create a memorial to my wife Melanie Adamczyk who was so cruely taken from her family by this disease. Secondly, I was touched by the help and support provided by others who have suffered or are suffering from this disease and I would like to do my little bit to try to aid others.

The site is obviously just a shell at the moment but hopefully with time it will grow into a useful source of information and support for others
